The POWER BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive,
and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm
to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons
to meet your individual requirements. This CNC press brake can also be configured
as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths.
It comes equipped with numerous features that ensure easy and safe operation.
The robust machine design combined with precision CNC control ensures long-lasting and reliable performance.
Furthermore, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and equipment options
to tailor it individually to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller
enables convenient operation via touchscreens and provides a comprehensive safety package.
The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm.
Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch.
In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by
a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain.
The CNC control automatically calculates punching force,
bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
