The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive,
and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm
to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your
individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem
machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions
that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise
CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine
offers a variety of expansion and equipment options, allowing you to customize it
to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via
touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily
controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are
initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator
is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC
control of the press brake automatically calculates the press force, bending tolerance,
crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
