The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tonnes to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine concept combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide variety of expansion and equipment options to individually tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control unit allows convenient operation via touchscreen and features a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled through an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left pivot arm. Bending operations are started using a foot switch. As an additional safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light barrier. Via the CNC controller, press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated.
