The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-term and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated via foot pedal. In addition to this safety measure, the user is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tooling safety zones are automatically calculated by the CNC control of the press brake.
