The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive,
and precise machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up
to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons
to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also
be configured as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths.
It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust
machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and
reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide variety of extension
and equipment options to adapt it individually to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC
graphic control system enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a
comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated through an LCD
touchscreen mounted on the left-side swing arm. Bending operations are started
by pressing a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is
protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. Via
the CNC control, parameters such as pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning
adjustment, forming force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated.
