The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine that is available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad selection of pressing forces from 40-1500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, which gives you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine provides a variety of expansion and equipment options, allowing you to tailor it to your individual needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. The bending process is initiated via a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. Via the CNC control, functions such as pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated.
