Process Description:
The wet blasting technology has proven itself for several decades as an extremely effective and powerful cleaning system.
The ET 6600 is a rotary table wet blasting system based on an impeller wheel principle, specifically designed to remove contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic impurities from components. The system is fitted as standard with a process chamber, two blast wheels, a spray/air blow-off manifold, and a rotary table. This table rotates the components in front of the blast wheels and the spray/blow-off manifold, enabling all areas of the components to be treated in a multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + final drying).

Primarily metallic workpieces, but also suitable for mineral or plastic components.
