The eromobil® metal spark eroder removes broken taps, twist drills and much more in just a few minutes without damaging the workpiece. A professional solution that minimizes production downtime and helps avoid scrap.

Easy to use
A hollow copper electrode is clamped into the oscillation head. It is smaller in diameter than the broken tool. During spark erosion, the core of the broken tool is destroyed. The cutting edges loosen and can be easily removed. The electrode does not come into contact with the workpiece, ensuring the thread remains undamaged. Standard drilling emulsion is used for cooling.
