The Priam model is a vertical glass drilling machine equipped with two drill spindles (dual-sided), developed for customers seeking a functional and user-friendly device that is also highly durable. In designing the machine, we drew upon traditional mechanical engineering principles, utilizing robust, heat-treated steel frames and mechanical solutions that facilitate future operation and maintenance. This alternative approach to machinery development and production allows our machine to drill glass reliably and trouble-free for years, ensuring multiple returns on your investment.

To guarantee the precision manufacturing of our glass drilling machine components, we produce them in Poland in cooperation with local partners. The main frame is manufactured in-house, then heat-treated and further processed by local companies. As a result, the entire production process remains under our close supervision, ensuring that any deficiencies can be detected and rectified before the product reaches our customers. Ultimately, this also supports the local machine industry.

⦁ 2 Drill Spindles (Front and Rear). These allow you to drill through a glass sheet in a single pass without the need to turn it over.

⦁ Electronically Controlled Loading Bar. To adjust the distance between the lower glass edge and the hole, simply enter the required value on the touchscreen; the machine will automatically position itself accordingly.

⦁ Quick Drill Change Mode. When the drill change button is pressed, both drill spindles are automatically locked (cannot be rotated). The vertical plate between the two spindles is lowered, creating more space between the spindles. This makes it possible to remove the drill bits without the use of tools and provides ample room to perform the change comfortably.

⦁ Automatic (Electronic) Drill Length and Position Measurement. After a drill change, automatic calibration is performed to measure the length of each drill bit. This allows the machine to determine the precise distance between the glass surface and each drill tip. This is particularly important in small workshops, where most drillings are custom rather than serial production.

⦁ Automatic (Electronic) Determination of Drill Spindle Depth Positions. Following automatic spindle calibration and glass sheet positioning, the machine measures the thickness of the glass and adjusts the drill spindle depth accordingly. The operator then simply presses the 'Drill' button, and the drilling process is carried out fully automatically.
