We are manufacturers of glass cutting tables with various configurations. Our products stand out for their top functionality and durability, resulting from our own experience in flat glass processing; therefore, we understand exactly what customers expect from these machines. Our glass cutting tables have been used for several years in glass processing workshops on three continents.

CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood blocks),
- Four heavy-duty swivel castors, Ø80 mm, made from polyamide for moving the table,
- Four height-adjustable feet allowing precise levelling of the table at the workplace,
- Table surface: high-durability black felt
- Edging of the tabletop covered with milled ash wood strips,
- Two steel plates bolted underneath, facilitating unloading with a forklift,
- The lower beam of the frame is filled with vibrated concrete including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fibre reinforcement to ensure stability and stiffness,
- Tilt movement (vertical and horizontal alignment of the table top) via pneumatic cylinder with integrated hydraulic speed controller,
- Pneumatically operated breaking bars (longitudinal and cross breaking) controlled by a foot lever mounted on an extendable and automatically retracting pedal console,
- Air cushion with built-in high-pressure blower enables easy handling of heavy glass panes on the table top (the blower is activated by a foot lever located on the pedal console and by two additional switches located on the table edge, so air is blown under the glass, significantly reducing friction),
- Adjustable extension height of the breaking bars above the table surface.
