GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood blocks),

- 4 heavy-duty swivel castors, Ø80 mm, made of polyamide, for moving the table,

- 4 height-adjustable feet allowing for horizontal table leveling at the workplace,

- Tabletop surface: high-durability black felt,

- Tabletop edge bordered with milled ash wood strips,

- 2 steel mounting plates screwed from underneath to facilitate unloading with a forklift,

- The lower beam of the frame is filled with vibrated concrete including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fiber reinforcement to ensure maximum stability and rigidity of the construction,

- Tilt movement (vertical and horizontal alignment of the tabletop) by means of a pneumatic cylinder including a hydraulic speed regulator,

- Pneumatically actuated breaking bars (longitudinal and cross breaker) operated by foot pedals mounted on a sliding and automatically retracting foot console,

- Air cushion with built-in high-pressure blower, allowing heavy glass sheets to be maneuvered easily on the tabletop (the blower is activated via a foot pedal on the console and two additional switches on the table edge, causing air to be blown under the glass sheets to significantly reduce friction),

- The projection height of the breaking bars above the tabletop can be adjusted.
