GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with interchangeable ash wood blocks)

- 4 heavy-duty swivel castors Ø80 mm made of polyamide for moving the table

- 4 height-adjustable feet for precise horizontal alignment at the workstation

- Table surface: high-durability black felt

- Table edge lined with milled ash wood strips

- 2 steel plates bolted underneath the table for easy unloading using a forklift

- The lower frame girder is filled with vibrated concrete incl. steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fiber reinforcement to ensure stability and rigidity of the structure

- Tilt movement (vertical and horizontal positioning of the table top) via pneumatic cylinder incl. hydraulic speed control valve

- Pneumatically controlled breaking bars (for longitudinal and cross breaks) operated by foot pedal, which is mounted on a retractable and self-returning pedal platform

- Air cushion system with built-in high-pressure blower allowing easy handling of heavy glass sheets on the table top (blower is activated via a foot pedal on the console and via two additional switches built into the table edge, blowing air under the glass sheets to significantly reduce friction)

- The breakout bar projection height above the table top is adjustable
