Ficep RAPID HP 35 T Angle Processing Machine
The Ficep HP35T is the predecessor to the current Ficep RAPID series for processing angle iron.

The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled system for machining angle sections. These are powerful angle processing centers frequently used in truss construction. The angle steel is placed on a transport frame for material feed. A measuring carriage with a gripper automatically transports the angle material to the individual machining stations of the system, based on the machining data entered into the CNC control. Once the machining process is complete, the finished drilled, marked, and sawn part is transferred to the outfeed roller conveyor and depot system.

Transport System
Reinforced roller conveyor for profiles up to 12 meters in length. A powered measuring carriage is located on the infeed table and conveys the material at a maximum transport speed of up to 45 m/min. A rotating support system with cross-transfer conveyors in the infeed area enables the feeding of previously stored profiles into a waiting position.
In the outfeed area, a powered roller conveyor transports the finished profiles/angles, also up to 12 meters long. For stockpiling, a cross-transfer area with 5 supports is used.

Drilling Units with Tool Changer
To process large angle profiles up to 350 mm with a wall thickness of 40 mm, this machine is equipped with 2 powerful drilling units (one per flange), each featuring a drill spindle drive with 19 kW power and a stepless spindle speed adjustable from 180 to 3,500 rpm. These drilling capabilities are ideal for using modern carbide drill tools. The drilling tools are clamped in HSK-A80 holders, and a tool changer with 3 tool positions ensures rapid tool changes at each drilling unit.

MKT38N Marking Unit
A marking unit with 38 marking tools enables the marking of one flange of the angle profile. Characters measuring 16x8 mm are hydraulically stamped and allow for later identification of parts after galvanizing.

Precision Circular Saw
The powerful circular saw is designed for 90° cutting. A vertical clamping system ensures the material is firmly held during the rapid sawing process. Material sizes range from 60 x 60 x 6 mm up to 350 x 350 x 40 mm. The 18 kW saw drive with a 560 mm circular saw blade ensures very high sawing performance. The saw speed is 80 - 180 m/min.
