Comprising:
- 1x Galvanized longitudinal beam, length 2,400 mm
- 3x Galvanized cross beams, each 1,000 mm long
- 6x Spring-loaded, articulated, and adjustable suction cup holders
- 6x Suction cups, Ø 215 mm; when worn, the seal can be replaced separately
from their metal holder cost-effectively and without tools
- 6x Ball valves for switching off individual suction cups, allowing smaller formats
to be lifted without needing to reposition cups or beams.
- 1x Spiral connection cable, small coil:
* with an extension length of 3,500 mm, designed as an extension cable with
CEE plug and coupling.
* routed alongside the load chain to the lifting device.

- Low-maintenance, high-quality, dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump with
a suction capacity of 8 m³/h and a final vacuum of 85% (150 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3 phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and
CEE plug (16 A). Isolation transformer integrated into the control system
(necessary if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane’s trolley
and the crane does not have a neutral conductor)
- Control handle extendable to 1,000 mm from the center of the beam.

- Operation "Suction / Release" via manual slide valve:
The wear-free and highly durable manual slide valve ensures safe
suction and release after pressing the release button.
