Flexitechs

We are now offering a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective packing line based on three interconnected belt conveyors. The belt conveyors each have a width of 800 mm and are equipped with motors capable of handling packages weighing up to 50 kg per item. The maximum total load per conveyor is 150 kg simultaneous weight.

The packing line is ideal, for example, for the transport of packages/goods from manual packing stations to dispatch, or as part of a simple assembly line in a manual production process.

The total length of the packing line is approximately 17 meters, distributed across the following three modules: - 2 belt conveyors at 7,950 mm in length each - 1 belt conveyor at 1,080 mm in length.

The packing line features 3 emergency stop buttons and a straightforward control cabinet where the conveyor speed can be easily adjusted via a simple control dial. The short conveyor is equipped with a gas spring allowing it to serve as a stop function—when the belt is lifted, the remaining conveyors halt.

The conveyors can also be purchased separately.
