Forstner manuelles Coil Abwickelsystem - 2000kg

Our modular Forstner decoiling system with unwinding towers and tension yoke offers a space-saving solution for various coil sheet decoiling requirements. The system can be individually equipped with up to eight 2,000 kg decoilers. Additionally, there is the option to integrate a separate floor uncoiler for smaller coils up to 1,000 kg, enabling quick and flexible changes between different colors. The tension yoke is a very cost-effective solution for rapid and simple manual sheet changes. Up to eight coils are securely clamped in the yoke. The desired sheet is manually fed into the downstream machine using a handwheel.

The coil is loaded directly onto the cantilevered mandrel using a crane, forklift, or pallet truck. The expanding mandrel is operated manually.
