Machine Features
Knitting Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, allowing production of up to 6 cords at once.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 heads with 4 needles – for fine knitted cords approx. 3 mm in diameter; 2 heads with 6 needles – for cords of 5–6 mm diameter
- Other configurations with 3 to 18 needles can be reordered and exchanged from the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Winds a ball in approx. 1 minute.
- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at cord end.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for needle heads and take-up device.
- Each needle head can be switched on or off individually.
- Adjustable speed

Scope of Delivery & Additional Equipment:
- 2 knitting machines totaling 6 needle heads
