This floor-standing machine is designed for mixing a wide variety of dry products. Thanks to the planetary motion of the mixing tool, it ensures an intensive and homogeneous blend.

The system consists of a stainless steel mixing vessel – material grade 316L, mirror-polished, Ra < 0.8 µm – and a stainless steel housing that integrates the vessel lid with the built-in mixing assemblies and drives.

The mixing vessel has a capacity of approximately 90 liters, with a usable volume of about 30 to 60 liters. It is secured onto two arms and clamped in place. After the mixing product is loaded, the vessel is raised hydraulically, allowing the mixing tool to immerse into the batch.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel spiral mixing tool set at 45°, and the speed can be regulated via a gearbox. Mixing speeds are adjustable between 48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. The vessel is emptied through a centrally positioned outlet at the bottom.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, are handled via an operator panel mounted in a separate stainless steel cabinet. The operating language is English. The system is prepared for use in explosion-protected (ATEX) zones.
