The Easy T is a manually operated deburring machine designed for various metal processing applications such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding, and polishing of different material types—including stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and aluminum.

The grinding head, with two rotating tools (grinding disc or brush), is mounted on a pivoting arm.

The Easy T is equipped with variable speed adjustment and a vacuum system, allowing workpieces to be securely positioned on the table. It offers a cost-effective and efficient solution for conventional grinding and deburring. All edges of the workpiece can be processed from any angle and direction. The grinding head is pivotable by 180°, enabling quick tool changes.

The flap brush is used for rounding the edges of the workpiece. Standard brushes are 150 mm in diameter. For deburring, the product uses a support pad with a grinding disc. Depending on the height and hardness of the burr, you can adjust the grinding disc at a slight angle to apply more pressure to the burr.
