1ST GRINDING UNIT WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Precision-ground and balanced contact roller, 180 mm diameter. Coated with oil- and heat-resistant nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft, allowing the working position to be controlled and compensating for abrasive belt wear over an 8 mm range. This system is managed by a pneumatic cylinder, which enables the automatic engagement of the unit for operation and, in case of emergency and/or machine stop, the immediate withdrawal of the belt from the working area. It is possible to use both abrasive belts and/or Scotch Brite.
