The Semipaxy table is a CNC positioning unit that can be ordered with any GEKA punching machine featuring a throat depth of at least 500 mm.

THE ATTACHMENT INCLUDES:

* Mounting plate
* Table with “X” and “Y” axes, driven by servo motors
* 15” touchscreen controller “B&R Power Panel 500” based on PC architecture
* Each axis (“X” and “Y”) is equipped with a servo motor and encoder for precise positioning
* Control cabinet

WORKFLOW DESCRIPTION:

* The positions of the holes to be punched are programmed either incrementally or absolutely.
* After starting the program, the stops position themselves for the first punch.
* The material to be punched must be manually placed against the stops, after which punching is initiated by pressing the foot pedal.
* Once the punch returns to the upper home position, the stops automatically move to the next programmed position.

DESCRIPTION OF “LINE PRO” PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE:

* Visual and very easy-to-program application. Graphical representation of the workpiece to be programmed.
* All processes from design to production of the workpiece can be carried out directly at the controller.
* Import of DXF and DSTV files
* The graphical representation simplifies modification of already programmed parts and enables detection and correction of errors before production begins.
* Line Pro can be installed on a PC, with data transfer to the controller via network or USB.
