CVI II Controller
Ranging from simple start-up operations to complex sequencing applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—for optimal speed, accuracy, and operator comfort on every fastener.

The controller is equipped with a variety of interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 Volt).

The CVI II controller can operate either a hand-held electric tool of the ER series or a stationary EM series screwdriving spindle.

Please note: The CVI II can also be used in combination with a transducer-controlled angle screwdriver such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which features a torque range of 8–40 Nm and a 3/8" output drive.
