Accessories / Special equipment:
- Machine currently set up for high-precision drilling of injection pump parts
(Ø approx. 25 x 150 mm, hole approx. 5 mm) which are loaded via an inclined conveyor into a
dual positioning station for correct orientation check, and then automatically and in pairs via a crosswise
to the machine mounted loading portal (2 x double grippers) clamped in the machining zone between drilling bush holder and powered tailstock. After machining, the second pair of grippers takes over the workpieces and
transfers them to a blow-off and drill breakage detection station. After successful inspection, the workpieces drop into transport containers.
- The process programming and monitoring is handled by a SIEMENS OP 17 PLC control.
- 2 cooled and oil mist lubricated HF spindles, make FORTUNA, approx. 2/3.5 kW power
- Drilling slide feed via GS motor and ball screw spindle
- Separate coolant oil system approx. 1,500 liters with various pumps and a sophisticated belt filter purification system
- Separate hydraulic system approx. 10 kW
- Separate BKW cooling unit for spindle and hydraulic oil cooling
- 2 separate electrical and control cabinets, CE-marked
