GRAFS GR-2400e

The GRAFS GR-2400e grinder is a machine designed for production plants, sharpening workshops, the woodworking, paper, and metal industries. It is ideal for sharpening guillotine knives, chipper blades, granulator knives, planer knives, and paper guillotine knives – in both HM (carbide) and HSS versions.

This is a fully modern construction, built in Poland, based on top-quality components (Mitsubishi, Schneider, INA). Thanks to automation, precise settings, and intuitive operation, it ensures high-quality sharpening and user comfort – even under heavy loads.

• Coolant through two nozzles on both sides of the grinding motor;
• Longitudinal angle adjustment of the grinding head from 0° to 5° (also for flat surface grinding);
• External coolant tank with pump;
• Magnetic coolant filter MODEL MS,
• Replaceable hardened steel bands in the machine bed guides (2 on top, 2 on the sides of the main guide);
• INA carriage rollers, including one with adjustable cam,
• Robust machine frame (10 mm thick steel plates), ribbed, welded, and mechanically stress-relieved,
• Electrical cabinet with Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi components,
• Safe grinding wheel guard with magnetic safety interlock,
