Intended use:
This machine is designed for mixing powdered solids, liquids, and pastes, as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can extend from low-viscosity to pasty materials.

Machine Design:
The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine stand, lifting device, drive for the mixing tool, telescopic hood with spring-pressure closing, clamping chuck, and control cabinet (not Ex-rated) with controller and compact controller.

In the operating position, the container (customer-supplied) and the telescopic hood form a closed mixing chamber. A hose connection is provided on the hood, serving its purpose according to the application.

The mixing tool drive is equipped with variable speed control via frequency converter. The arrangement, power ratings, and speeds of the motors can be found in the attached project drawing.

On the compact controller display, the mixing tool speed, mixing time/remaining mixing time, mixing sequences, and other functions can be displayed.

Operation
Switching on and off is performed using the appropriate buttons on the control cabinet.

Raising the mixing tool drive
Raising is performed by activating the lifting motor. It operates only while the push-buttons (two-hand safety control UP-UP) are pressed. Releasing the buttons stops the arm at any desired height.

Lowering the mixing tool drive
To lower the arm, the appropriate buttons (two-hand safety control DOWN-DOWN) must be pressed on the control panel.

Mixing tool change
The mixing tool shaft features an M8 connection thread. Depending on requirements, the mixing tool (customer-supplied stirring star) can be unscrewed and replaced.

Operating panel / Display
The machine is predominantly operated via the compact PLC controller “Vision 560-T25B.” Safety-related functions, such as main switch disconnection, emergency stop activation, and two-hand operation for opening/closing the mixing chamber, are excluded from this.

The operating panel consists of a backlit LCD display and membrane click buttons.

Koded Edm Sopfx Adwend
The letter-marked buttons are assigned fixed functions, which can be activated at any time regardless of the menu. Once a function is activated, the relevant status appears in the upper right section of the “Operating Display” menu screen.

The M up and down buttons allow the user to scroll through the menu pictures.
