The system is designed for the automatic inductive hardening of screws and bolts in M8 and M10 sizes.
The equipment was manufactured by Grimm Zuführtechnik. It is engineered for an output of approximately 70-80 parts per minute (depending on the component) and is equipped with a range of monitoring options (including temperature, component height, component type, rotation, etc.).

Components are conveyed from a storage hopper via an inclined conveyor to a linear sorter, from which they are individually fed into an 8-position indexing table, each station equipped with two nests.

A 50 kW high-frequency generator from IDEA is connected, offering additional monitoring functions (energy monitoring, ground fault detection, monitoring of inductor water flow rate and temperature, among others).

The system features its own quench water tank, from which the components are removed via a magnetic discharge belt. Afterwards, the parts are demagnetized.
Filtration of the quenching medium is performed with a cartridge filter.

Both the system and the generator are prepared for connection to a central cooling system.

Due to the currently unconnected cooling system, the equipment is only partially operational, but it can be inspected by interested buyers at any time.

The system was built in 2019 and, due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and related order cancellations, has never been in continuous operation; its condition is as new.
