BSD series — Universal External Cylindrical Grinding Machines, medium to large

Max. workpiece weight: up to 500 kg.
Max. grinding wheel diameter: Ø 750 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.
Optional axes/functions: C-axis (workpiece rotation, thread/unround grinding). Control: PLC (NC) / CNC.
Applications: External cylindrical, face, taper, thread, and profile grinding; ID combination possible.

BSE series — Universal External Cylindrical Grinding Machines, large/long parts

Distance between centers: 1500 / 3000 / 4000 mm.
Center height: 315 / 400 mm.
Max. workpiece weight: up to 2500 kg.
Max. grinding wheel diameter: Ø 900 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.
Optional axes/functions: C / B / U / Q (e.g., swiveling workpiece mounting, swivel chuck). Control: PLC (NC) / CNC.
Application: Ideal for single-clamping of complex external machining with high shape accuracy.

Core Technology (both series)

Machine bed: Ribbed, naturally aged cast iron; hand-scraped flat/V-guides, anti-friction coating. Ball screw drives X/Z, AC servos, linear scales.
Grinding head: Left/right/fixed angles; turret with up to 4 spindles; automatic dynamic balancing from Ø 250 mm upwards.
Tailstock: Hydraulically operated, adjustable force, taper error correction. W-axis optional.
Internal grinding (optional): Belt- or high-frequency spindles, direct drive, water cooling.
Control: PLC (NC) or CNC, graphical interface, data export for process analysis.

Options & Peripheral Equipment

Dressing: CNC/manual; single-point, multi-point, diamond rolls/wheels; Y-axis profiling for roll dressing.
