Sale of a Container Conveyor System with Pick By Light System

The conveyor system comprises multiple sections and loops for transporting containers.

Loop 1 (Section 1 Conveyor System)
- Main loop
- 2 stations for the adjacent ground storage area for storing full pallets
- 1 line for containers classified as non-compliant after inspection
- Up to 20 empty containers in circulation simultaneously

Loop 2 (Section 2 Conveyor System)
- 3 stations for flow-through racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 38m

Loop 3 (Section 3 Conveyor System)
- 2 stations for flow-through racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 35m

Downstream are 12 packing stations where containers can be processed.

From here, packed goods are placed in cartons and transferred to 4 shipping lines.

Terms of Sale:

§ 1 Object of the Contract
As previously described, a container conveyor system and Pick by Light installation are being offered for sale here.
The buyer is aware that this is a used system.

§ 2 Purchase Price
The purchase price is negotiable. VAT can be shown separately.

§ 3 Collection
The buyer undertakes to dismantle the system at their own cost and responsibility at the seller’s location.
Dismantling is to be carried out at a time to be agreed upon by the parties at least in text form. The agreed time must be chosen so as not to interfere with the seller’s general business operations.
The seller grants the buyer access to the premises to allow for dismantling of the system, provided the buyer complies with all safety and access regulations of the seller.
Risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer upon handover at the location. Handover occurs at the latest when the buyer begins independent dismantling of the system.

§ 4 Warranty and Liability
The buyer purchases the system as seen.
The seller excludes any warranty or liability, regardless of the legal nature of the claim, unless a guarantee for the quality of the goods has been assumed or a defect has been fraudulently concealed.
This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages – regardless of the legal basis – if the seller, their legal representatives, or agents have acted with gross negligence or intent, or in the case of legally mandatory strict liability such as under the Product Liability Act.

§ 5 Retention of Title
Ownership of the contractual items remains with the seller until full payment of the purchase price.
