This sealing machine features a 420mm sealing length, designed for users who need to quickly and easily create and/or seal bags using an impulse sealer. The SID-Type is fitted with two parallel, 5mm wide sealing wires, one of which can be individually disabled via a switch. The integrated cutter trims the material between the two seal seams. Both sealing and cooling times are infinitely adjustable. Suitable for sealing Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide films. Laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminum foil can also be processed effortlessly with the SID-type.

The machine features two control knobs on the side, allowing for precise electronic adjustment of sealing and cooling times, ensuring optimal results. In addition, the sealing wire is maintained under constant tension with a built-in tensioning system.
