• Z-axis as rapid traverse for shorter machining times, plunge grinding, face grinding, pre-selection of reversing points (approach + teach-in), and infinitely variable stroke speed, essentially functioning as a third positioning axis
• U-axis as manual and controlled infeed axis (radial) at grinding head, with electronic display of infeed dimension
• 1 grinding motor mounted with spindle speed of approx. 30,000 rpm
