Description of the drilling machine:
The electric drilling machine VS 50 GB is designed for drilling, roughing, reaming, and thread cutting in single-piece as well as series production. This machine consists of four main components: casing, column, electrical installation, and coolant system. The spindle housing is adjustable and can be rotated 360° around the column. This model is equipped with an automatic feed. The machine is characterized by its rigid construction and operational reliability. The drill press features four feed rates with electromagnetic clutch. The gear preselector and feed gear are lubricated by oil mist, provided by a pump located in the bottom section of the casing. The electromagnetic clutch ensures the set feed rate and simultaneously disengages the machine feed when the set drilling depth is reached or if the maximum pressure on the spindle is exceeded (e.g., due to damaged or dull tooling).

Drilling depth is adjusted on a millimeter scale. The drill spindle is mounted in ball bearings and is returned by a coil spring. Electrical equipment is centralized in the control cabinet and fully complies with all EU regulations. Machine controls are positioned on the front panel.
