1. The line manufactures 10-egg carton trays, either in continuous or batch operation. We offer a complete system for sale, from raw material preparation through to dispatch.
2. The egg carton tray production line is located in Bátonyterenye, where an industrial site provides all necessary infrastructure for production.
3. The entire quantity produced by the line is currently sold on the domestic market.

The complete egg carton production line is composed of multiple units:
- A raw material preparation system, which processes waste paper into moldable material.
- HGHY egg tray forming unit, which, after molding, completes the trays through drying and hot-air pressing.
- Palletizing system, which prepares finished cartons for shipment.
- Auxiliary systems for supplying air, vacuum, energy, gas, and water.
