The Horizon AFC-544 AKT is a versatile cross-folding unit currently in operation at a print shop in Germany. Designed for sheet sizes up to 540 x 760 mm (minimum 120 x 172 mm), it combines efficiency and flexibility for a wide range of folding applications. The machine is equipped with four folding pockets with knife in the first folding unit and two folding pockets in the second folding unit, supported by a fully automatic knife for precise folding performance.

Featuring "Touch & Work" technology, it offers intuitive operation and includes 17 pre-programmed standard fold types as well as storage for 200 repeat jobs. It handles paper weights from 40 to 250 gsm and achieves a maximum throughput of 40,000 cycles per hour.
