The Horizon brochure production line featuring the models SPF-200L and FC-200L is a state-of-the-art, modular solution for the efficient production of saddle-stitched brochures, including A4 landscape format. The system is suitable for both offset and digital printing and is especially designed for short to medium runs. By combining collators (VAC-600), a bookletmaker (SPF-200L) and a face trimmer (FC-200L), the line offers maximum flexibility and productivity for finishing operations.

- A4 landscape capability: The SPF-200L enables the production of brochures in A4 landscape format, adding extra versatility.
- Modular expansion: The VAC-600a/c collator towers are modularly expandable from 6 up to 60 stations and enable non-stop operation through dual cycle and insert-feed programs.
- High speed: Up to 9,500 cycles/hour for collating and up to 4,000 brochures/hour for stitching (3,500/hr for landscape format).
- Flexible configuration: Compatible with additional Horizon feeders and digital print feeders for hybrid production lines.
