Conveyor Belt Operation:
Continuous operation, adjustable up to max. 5 m/min,
straight run adjustment centered by guide rollers with photoelectric monitoring at both infeed and outfeed sides. Loading and unloading is manual.

Intended Use
The curing oven is a conveyor system for continuous operation with a maximum feeder speed of 5 m/min. There is an open area at the infeed and outfeed for loading and unloading components. Between these zones is the enclosed heating section with 6 IR modules (height adjustable). The component temperature reaches up to 100°C, used for heating solvent-free adhesives within a film composite. The return path of the belt, the rear sides of the IR modules, and the space above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are drawn onto the conveyor belt via vacuum. The control cabinet is located outside the cleanroom, separate from the machine.

The system operates in a cleanroom compliant with EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The system is exclusively for heating film laminates.

History
This oven was intended for use in a cleanroom environment and was only used sparingly for test series. The oven was used for curing solvent-free adhesives within a film composite.
