ILAPAK DELTA 3000

The Delta 3000, right-hand version, stainless steel, manufactured by ILAPAK, is a modular, horizontal flow pack machine, PC-controlled with four independent servo motors. Designed for hermetic sealing of packaging, it allows for packing at relatively high speeds, in either controlled atmosphere (Modified Atmosphere Packaging – MAP) or standard environment.

The machine features a "no product – no bag" function, as well as a faulty product position detection system.

"Long dwell" type sealing jaws with an oval motion ensure tight, hermetic seals on a wide range of film types.

The pressure and gas flow can be modified via a regulating and shut-off valve.
