Industrial hall filtration & ventilation — commonly used for various technological processes in manufacturing plants, mainly during metalworking operations.

Often, extraction systems installed on machines for coolant recovery are not sufficiently effective or simply not installed. Machine retooling, frequent opening of machine enclosures, or a lack of protective covers on machining heads can cause oil mist to escape beyond the machines, affecting work areas where operators are exposed to harmful mists and vapors.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves the air quality at operator workstations and should be considered an ideal filtration and ventilation supplement for halls where complete oil mist separation via coolant recovery units is impossible or particularly difficult to achieve.

Automatic air and temperature monitoring in the room.

An innovative PLC control system compares real-time data and detects any exceedance of set limits at the worksite, including heat buildup directly at the hall ceiling, then fully automatically regulates both temperature and air quality.
