The machine is being sold as our company has discontinued operations in this processing area. This Jagenberg Diana gluing machine is the absolute all-rounder for folding carton gluing. Most of our folding cartons had an open size between 14 and 30 cm, but with a maximum width of 125 cm, even large formats are no problem. The machine is capable of straight-line, crash-lock bottom, as well as 4- and 6-corner gluing. It was operated in single-shift mode without any technical issues. We retrofitted the HHS quality assurance system, which includes batch recognition with ejection station and glue application monitoring. All belts were replaced regularly. The electric motor has been completely overhauled with new windings. The entire drive system operates via a robust clutch system rather than belts, as in later models. The machine is very user-friendly, with all units easily accessible. The condition is excellent, with normal wear and tear consistent with age.
