Jakob Müller Frick AG NF42 in 2/84mm

8 units of very clean (refurbished) Jakob Müller Frick AG looms, model NF42, from 1988, 1989, and 1990 available from my stock.

All machines are in excellent working condition and have been completely overhauled (100% fully functional).

- 12 shafts, without rack, with Mütrans, some with Müdata

Background and Technical Details:
- The machines originate from curtain tape production and were originally equipped with Z compartments. These have been converted to standard compartments as part of the general overhaul.
- All tension beams and pressure rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland.
- The chain box card rollers are new or newly vulcanized.
- Central lubrication in the chain box has been optimized.

- All machines have a free first shaft (to accommodate heavier reeds) and are fitted with 12 shafts.
- All come equipped with Mütrans II.

Options:
- Individual machines can be supplied with double-belt take-off for heavy fabrics (possible for 4–5 machines).
- Option to equip with finely knurled tension beams (possible for 4–5 machines).
- All needle holders are suitable for double needles; two additional Mütrans II units can be installed on request.

Reconditioning:
- The machines have been fully refurbished, with all bearings, shafts, and bushings checked and replaced as needed.
- All swing arms were checked and replaced if necessary:
1st shaft – free (spacer block installed)
2nd/3rd shafts – swing arm 201
4th–6th shafts – swing arm 202
7th–9th shafts – swing arm 203
10th–12th shafts – swing arm 204
13th shaft – swing arm 205
- All shaft springs checked and replaced if necessary; no porous, cracked, or defective parts.
- Electrical systems and thread monitoring boards have been tested and repaired or replaced as needed.
- Machines painted in RAL 6021 Müller pale green.
- All panels clean and free of damage.
- Machines are supplied without Müdata.
- 4 machines come with crawler gear.
- All machines have been set up and test run.

Scope of Supply:
- Machines are delivered without oil, warp yarns, slats, reeds, needles, or chain links.
- Delivery on Euro pallet, FOB Wuppertal.
