Heat recovery reduces costs and protects the environment. By reusing the hot air, up to 96% of the compressor’s consumed energy can be recovered. Using a PTG plate heat exchanger, up to 76% of the compressor’s energy consumption can be recovered as hot water.

Each liter of fuel saved reduces CO2 emissions by 2.727 kg, which not only benefits the environment but also significantly reduces energy costs. At current energy prices, the payback period for a heat recovery system is between 6 months and 2 years (when recovered heat is used for heating through a plate heat exchanger).
