KALLFASS Universa 500 Servo

Fully automatic side sealing machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—with complete wrapping and without film overlap. The maximum output is 120 cycles per minute. Product feeding is carried out via a conveyor belt while simultaneously guiding the product into a centerfold film using a forming shoulder.

The feed belt can be smoothly adjusted to accommodate different product widths. The film tube, with the wrapped and aligned products inside, is hermetically sealed on the side by a side sealing unit.

After the product has been wrapped in film, cross sealing is performed using a continuously heated, infeed sealing system. The height of both the forming shoulder and sealing units can be manually adjusted. The remaining film waste strip is collected on a film take-up reel.

Wear parts and defective components have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
