Our MH-FJ-2 carton sealer is specially designed for constantly changing carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic height and width adjustment, varying carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts instantly to different formats. Two side and two upper conveyor belts securely guide your cartons through the carton sealer. The lid flaps must be folded down manually before feeding the cartons into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a core diameter of 76 mm and a width of 50 mm. We recommend using machine-grade adhesive tape with higher meterage per roll (compared to hand rolls), allowing longer operation without changing the tape. The machine supports PP and PVC adhesive tapes as well as eco-friendly paper tapes. The tape heads can be easily removed for tape roll changes. This feature is also useful if you want to seal cartons only on top (keyword: automatic-bottom cartons). Naturally, this machine also bears the CE mark. An on-site air supply connection is required for operation!
