Our VOGEL MH-FJ-2 case sealer features a side drive belt system. Within the specified range, the machine automatically adjusts to the current carton size.

Our MH-FJ-2 case sealer is specifically designed for changing carton sizes. Thanks to pneumatic height and width adjustments, varying carton formats can be processed quickly and easily, continuously and without manual intervention. The machine adapts instantly to different sizes. Two side and two upper conveyors ensure secure carton transport through the case sealer. The carton flaps must be manually pressed down before feeding them into the machine. The machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm tape width. We recommend using machine packaging tape with more metres per roll (compared to hand rolls) so you can work longer without changing tape. Both PP & PVC tapes as well as eco-friendly paper adhesive tapes can be used. The tape dispensers can be easily removed for fast tape changes. This also allows for optional operation—e.g., for top sealing only (keyword: auto-bottom cartons). Naturally, this machine also carries the CE mark. Please note that connection to an on-site compressed air supply is required for operation.
