Our carton sealer MH-FJ-2 is specially designed for changing carton formats. Thanks to the pneumatic adjustment of height and width, permanently changing carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine automatically and rapidly adapts to different formats. Two side and two upper conveyor belts securely transport your cartons through the sealer. The top flaps of the cartons must be manually pressed down before feeding them into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76mm core diameter and 50mm width. We recommend using machine-grade tape with more meters per roll (compared to hand rolls), allowing longer operation without frequent tape changes. Both PP & PVC adhesive tapes, as well as environmentally friendly paper tapes, can be used. The tape heads can be easily removed for tape replacement. This feature can also be used if you only wish to seal the top flaps (keyword: automatic bottom cartons). Of course, this machine also carries the CE mark. For operation, an on-site compressed air connection is required!
