The hub automaton is specifically designed for transporting and stacking empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (please observe the hub automaton's intake specifications).

Lifting Unit
The lifting unit is integrated into the two main beams and comprises four hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. The synchronization of the four lifting strands is hydraulically controlled and monitored by sensors.

Chassis Beams
The chassis beams also house the running gears and drive motors. The running gear is guided along the crane runway by horizontal roller guides.

Technical Platform
The platform accommodates the central hydraulic unit as well as the main cabinet of the hub automaton.

Traverse
The traverse is used for picking up the pallets. Pallets are gripped, lowered, lifted, and transported with it. Four grippers are installed on the traverse and are hydraulically operated. The grippers automatically engage.
