The XL CNC Economic, a powerful, fast and precise new Smart XL model, is designed for companies in the small and medium sheet metal processing sector. The ESA S 640 2D series CNC controllers, which are standard on these press brakes, process multi-stage parts in a single pass using direct angle programming and the bending step system, with the steps automatically controlled by the CNC.

Programmable options for the top beam position, dwell time at bending point, the opening speed of the top beam after bending, and the bending speed itself, allow even complex bends to be performed effortlessly and contribute to faster production.

Thanks to the ability to program 2D parts and tools on the computer, programs for subsequent parts can be created while the machine is running. Bending sequences are automatically selected and transferred to the machine via USB or local network.
