Thanks to its robust and durable mechanics and hydraulics, precise backgauge with ball screw, and user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 m are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon customer request.
The long service life of Dener guillotine shears is due to their particularly robust construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, thus ensuring the highest cut quality.
By entering the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
