Technical specifications:

The machine frame is made from high-strength materials using electric welding and is stress-relieved prior to machining to maintain tight manufacturing tolerances required for the sensitive flanging process.

The upper and lower head holders slide along the main body structure for rigidity and reduced vibration during flanging.

Both the upper and lower head holders are driven vertically by hydraulic motors and clamp the head using hydraulic cylinders.

The spindle roller is driven at high speed and high torque by hydraulic motors with radial pistons.

The flanging roller is actuated vertically and horizontally by three cylinders and slides between two main bodies.

Both rollers are made from a special chemical alloy for extended corrosion resistance.

Centralized lubrication system.

Lower support rollers are actuated by hydraulic cylinders to support the head during flanging.

The hydraulic system consists of a radial piston pump, oil tank level indicator, filter with contamination indicator, and components from globally recognized brands.
