Accessories / Special Features:

• This is a centreless grinding machine specially equipped for plunge grinding of cylindrical workpieces, with a manual loading device for raw parts and a pneumatically controlled unloading device for finished parts. Workpiece removal is manual.
• Currently equipped with a workpiece support with rail according to workpiece diameter.
• The regulating wheel slide is controlled by a hydraulic infeed device with automatic sequence via cam control, and also features a fine adjustment via stepper motor.
• The grinding slide is stationary, housing only the hydraulic dressing device for the grinding wheel.
• The lower regulating wheel slide can be pivoted up to 3° and carries the workpiece support, for easy correction of roundness errors. The upper regulating wheel support can also be tilted by plus/minus 5°.
• Hydraulic dressing device mounted above the regulating wheel, tiltable hydraulic dressing device for shoulder profile dressing, template and stepper motor feed for the dressing diamond for compensation, equipped with a high-pressure coolant nozzle for wheel flushing and diamond cooling.
• The regulating wheel drive is continuously adjustable; dressing speed: 315 rpm, speed indicator.
• The control panel accommodates all functions such as number of dressing cycles, number of workpieces, adjustable spark-out time, manual/automatic operation, etc.
• Various grinding wheel flanges, crane tackle for wheel change, separate hydraulic unit and switch cabinet, etc.
• No coolant system is currently installed.
