Chassis
I-beam longitudinal frame with welded cross members, front frame height: approx. 147 mm (incl. kingpin plate). ‘Compact rear’ chassis design. Removable 2” king pin, 1 position. Front overhang: approx. 570 mm. Container beams as rectangular tubes approx. 200 x 120 x 8 mm thick, reinforcements on approach ramp. Fixed rear external underrun guard in steel design. Rear underrun protection in accordance with EUDirective. Lateral protection device according to EU Directive, approx. 460 mm high. Quick-Lock full equipment – locks at every possible position – locks are theft-proof. Container locks for the following container types: 1 x 20' container flush with rear. Length from kingpin to rear edge of vehicle: approx. 6,620 mm.

Support device
Two mechanical landing gears, 2 x 12 t, semi-circular with support plate, landing gear operated from one side, on the right in the direction of travel (FR-right).

Axles/Aggregate
Axles with 9,000 kg load capacity each. Wheelbase: approx. 1,410 / 1,310 mm with center alignment. KRONE axles with air suspension and disc brake, ET 120. Aggregate spacing = approx. 4,625 mm. Brake disc diameter approx. 430 mm. Extended warranty* on KRONE axles: 6 years without mileage limitation for on-road use within the EU. *All wear-prone parts are covered by a 3-year design/manufacturing warranty, excluding normal wear. EU 2014, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey. Load-dependent, fully automatic electronic lift axle control for 1st axle. Manual control on the operating console for forced lifting (start aid as per Directive 97/27/EC) and forced lowering via rotary switch. Preparation for lift/tandem axle(s) operation from the motor vehicle (without truck-side installation), according to selected light socket connection(s), control via *contact 6 of 7-pin auxiliary socket - ISO 3731 and/or *contact 12 of 15-pin socket - ISO 12098 and/or *contact 8 A of VBG plug connection, with lifting and lowering function, including automatic driving height reset.

Tyres (Rims)
6-fold, 385/65 R 22.5 without spare wheel. Profile: M+S (mud & snow). Wheel nuts with protective caps. Spare wheel holder without carrier.

Fenders
Plastic wheel covers. Spray guard system according to EU Directive.

Brakes
Brake system according to ECE Regulation 13 (incl. vehicle stability function). Spring actuator parking brake. Diagnostics via ISO 7638 socket (EBS supply cable). Brake line connections below upper edge of frame. 4 wheel chocks with holders; wheel chock(s) secured with chain. Standard air connections ISO 1728 (Palm). Brake system manufacturer: Wabco. Caution: The trailer may only be towed by vehicles that ensure the proper function of the ABS! Audible reverse warning (activated via reverse light). EBS system, 2S/2M, 2 sensors on one axle.

Lighting
Lighting and signaling equipment according to UN ECE Regulation No. 482. Outline marker lights with rubber arm, LED version. Electrical connectors below upper edge of frame. Side marker lights in LED version, 24 Volt. Front with 15-pin socket DIN ISO 12098 plus 2 x 7-pin sockets DIN ISO 1185 and 3731. Plug connections (2x 7-pin and/or 15-pin) as per ISO 1185/3731 and ISO 12098 with 9 contacts available (standard lighting functions), main cable 9-core. Note: For hazardous goods transport, only the 15-pin socket may be used.
