For wire sizes 0.8-1.2 mm. Advanced control module for upgrading existing robot systems with Meltio technology. 390x660x1000mm – 90kg. Transform any motion platform into a metal 3D printing system, subject to size limitations.

Meltio Engine Dual Wire – Dual wire welding system for various materials in the weld head.

Meltio Engine Hot Wire – Inductive wire preheating.

Meltio powder feeder, 2x with USB connection. Usable individually.

Enables users to calibrate the Meltio multi-laser deposition head precisely and effortlessly before each print.

KUKA KR30 with 2100mm reach, 6-axis robot including KRC4 controller and robot operating panel – rated payload: 30kg.

KUKA DKP400 rotary-tilt table – load capacity 400kg.
